About Proshat

Proshat is a Vancouver-based yoga teacher offering mindful classes with well-designed sequence of Yoga poses that balance flexibility, strength and mobility. Her teaching is rooted in breath awareness and functional alignment which creates space to reconnect with the body, calm the mind, and move with greater presence both on and off the mat.

Proshat holds a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in Canada. She began her yoga journey in 2013 by studying and practicing Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions. She completed more than 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training over next years including advanced studies at Ashtanga Assisting School, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga, Sequencing Mentorship, YHOT, meditation and mindfulness.
